Questions, answered

How does pricing work?

You licence Coursembly per named user, one seat for one person, and you only pay for the people who actually need access. All courses are $45 per user a month and drop to as low as $20 as your team grows. A single interest area is $22 per user. Learning just for yourself is $19 a month. Everything is billed annually (two months free). All prices are NZD excluding GST.

Do we have to license everyone?

No, and that is the point of named users. You licence only the people who need the training, not your whole headcount, so the real cost is usually far lower than the headline. Add or remove named users from your dashboard any time and you are only billed for active seats.

What is an interest area?

Your workforce library is grouped into five interest areas, Everyone at Work, AI at Work, Sell & Grow, Leaders & Operators, and Regulated & Compliant. Buy a single area for $22 per user, or take all courses for $45 per user (less as you grow). Most teams take all courses.

What is Coursembly IT Industry?

IT Industry is our separate subscription for IT professionals: networking, cloud, sysadmin, cybersecurity operations, the service desk, MSP tooling and certifications. It is sold on its own at $22 per user a month (less as you grow) and is not included in the all-courses workforce bundle, so you only buy it for the people who work in IT.

What does "named user" mean, and can we share a login?

A seat belongs to one person, secured by their own login. Accounts are not for sharing, concurrent use of a single login is detected. You only pay for the people who actually need access, and you can add or remove named users from your dashboard at any time.

Can I change or cancel anytime?

Yes. Add or drop interest areas, change your number of users, or cancel, all from your dashboard. Plans are billed annually, changes are prorated, and your content, progress and certificates carry over. No long contracts.

Do you work for Australian teams?

Yes. Coursembly is built for both New Zealand and Australian teams, with local examples and local compliance content. Australian customers are billed at equivalent rates.

Your team is one step from better.
