For the people learning

Six ways through a lesson: Read, listen, speed-read, skim, recall cards or focus mode. Each person picks the mode that suits them.
Short lessons: Most lessons take 15 to 20 minutes, so they fit around a working day.
Quizzes: Lessons include quizzes that are marked automatically and recorded against the person.
Certificates: A completed lesson issues a PDF certificate in your organisation’s name and colour, with a QR code. Anyone can check it on the public verification page.
Learning paths: Follow a set sequence of lessons towards a goal, rather than picking one at a time.
Sign in with a one-time code: People sign in with a one-time code sent to their email, so no password is needed day to day. Admins can also use a password.

Add people in bulk: Import people from a CSV, with a preview to check the file before anything is saved.
Roles: Admins run the account, managers look after their team, learners learn.
Assignments with due dates: Assign lessons to individuals or groups with a due date. With reminders on, people are emailed as the date approaches and when training is overdue.
Required training: Mark lessons as required for everyone, with a number of days to complete them.
Licences: Give Leaders & Owners or IT Professional to the people who need them in People. Change licence numbers in Settings, Billing; changes are prorated.
Your branding: Add your logo and accent colour to the learning app. Certificates carry your organisation’s name and colour.

Team progress: See who has started, finished or fallen behind, for the whole organisation or one team.
Compliance report: Who has completed required training and who has not.
Quiz results: Average scores and pass rates by series, so you can see where people struggle.
CSV exports: Export people, completions and compliance to CSV for audits or board packs.
Activity log: Admins can see a history of changes made in the account.

Microsoft single sign-on: Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID, set up by your admin.
SCIM and LTI 1.3: Provision people from your identity system, or launch lessons from another learning system. Set up with us on request.
Your own lessons: Write lessons for your organisation alongside the library.
Volume pricing: Pricing agreed with you.
